We’ve got two operational bases – one in Leeds and the other in Cardiff. Both sites employ professionals from a range of legal, financial and estate agency backgrounds. Leading the team we have two very experienced directors, David Burgess and Paul Jardine, and together their combined property and lender experience exceeds more than 50 years. David and Paul take a very personal, hands-on approach to consider the implications for every individual involved.

David Burgess, who heads up the Cardiff office, has spent more than 30 years as a Chartered Surveyor, Law of Property Act Receiver and Expert Witness. David is a Fellow of the Non-Administrative Receivers Association (NARA) and is accredited by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
Paul Jardine is director, joint receiver and operation lead at our Leeds office. Paul joined Templeton LPA shortly after the business was acquired by LSL Property Services, and brings more than 25 years experience to our leadership team from his time with Sequence, Letsure Insurance Services and Countrywide PLC. Paul has been instrumental in the operational improvements at our Cardiff site and together with David will be responsible for the launch of Templeton LPA’s new case management system.
Geoff Davies is finance director and joint receiver. Geoff joined Templeton LPA just prior to the acquisition by LSL Property Services and has more than 20 years experience as a Finance Director and Chartered Accountant in a variety of sectors including Property, Financial Services and B2B. Geoff is based in Cardiff covering both our Cardiff and Leeds offices.
